Fleet Tracking System

The whole fleet, in one record.

Fleet Tracking System lets an organisation follow all of its vehicles and heavy machinery on a single map, and keeps task, route and maintenance records for each vehicle.

Every vehicle’s location, task and maintenance are followed.

Live location, the right vehicle for each task and the maintenance calendar sit together for each vehicle.

  • Live location and status

Each vehicle’s position, speed and ignition status, live on the map.

  • Nearest vehicle to the task

When a new job comes up, the nearest suitable vehicle comes forward.

  • Maintenance and inspection calendar

The person in charge is reminded before inspection and service dates come round.

No new devices are needed in the vehicles: location data comes from the organisation’s existing vehicle tracking system. Devices can also be supplied if wanted.

Plan, track, compare.

Routes are planned from an AI suggestion, tracked during the day and compared with the plan at day’s end.

A route is built from task points.

AI weighs collection, site and job points together and suggests the best order.

The day’s trail, on the vehicle’s card.

Frequently asked

01 / 05

Do vehicles need new devices?

No. Location data comes from the tracking system the organisation already uses in its vehicles, so nothing has to be fitted again. Devices can be supplied if wanted.

02 / 05

Which vehicles are tracked?

Refuse trucks, heavy machinery, snow vehicles and service vehicles. Each vehicle is registered with its depot and the person responsible.

03 / 05

How is an AI suggestion applied?

The suggested route is presented to the person in charge. It is not applied until they approve or change it.

04 / 05

Does it work with the other modules?

Yes. Waste collection, field works and maintenance crews are linked to the same vehicle and the same map. It also works alongside the organisation’s existing systems.

05 / 05

How does setup begin?

The organisation’s vehicle structure, depots and task routine are mapped out; the system is set up around them.
