Yes. Each system and module can be used on its own. When several are used together they share the same map and records, so information is not lost as it moves between departments.

A system is the core structure that covers an area of work in full; the map, users, reports and shared records live in the system. Modules work within a system and handle a specific task. For example, Service Guide is a system, and Waste Management and Public Works are its modules.

Yes. Existing records such as spreadsheets, legacy systems and map data are converted and migrated. Which data is moved, and how, is agreed during discovery.

The transition is planned so that departments’ daily work is not disrupted. Where needed, the old process and the new system run side by side for a while and departments move over one at a time.

Your institution owns the data processed in the system and is its data controller. Doğansoft processes it only under the contract and your instructions, as far as the service requires, and never for its own purposes.

Only users defined by your institution. Each user is authorised according to their role: field staff see their own work, department heads see their department and managers see the full picture.

No. The AI suggests routes, work plans or classifications. A suggestion is not applied until authorised staff approve or change it.

Yes. Training can be on site, remote or a mix of both. Every user, from managers to field staff, is trained with material prepared for their own work.
